In early 2022, G2 Esports partnered with Seasonic to launch a April Fools campaign called “G2GO”, a fictional G2-branded restaurant chain. Rolled out over three distinct phases from January to April, the campaign mobilized 17 G2 talents, including over 10 top creators and pro players, to bring the satirical concept to life across social media.
The activation delivered a wave of engagement, with 15 campaign posts generating over 4.5 million impressions and 152 000 interactions, while securing coverage in more than seven PR articles. This innovative approach positioned Seasonic as a playful and creative partner while reinforcing G2’s reputation for daring, community-driven storytelling.
