
RALPH LAUREN WIMBLEDON SOCIAL ASSETS
For Ralph Lauren’s Wimbledon campaign, they required assets for a social campaign with their influencer “Nic Kaufmann”. Ralph Lauren reached out to 62 as they were very satisfied with the latest G2 content pieces translating the Ralph Lauren language well. They asked 62 to produce the social assets for their Wimbledon campaign.
RALPH LAUREN CAPSULE COLLECTION
A capsule collection to be worn by athletes and creators, available for fans to purchase on G2’s website, that was the ambition of this release. The capsule included a range of products from t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, tracksuits and caps all featuring the newly designed POLO x G2 crest.
The move further solidified G2’s position as trailblazers in the esports scene, constantly pushing boundaries and bridging the gap between esports and lifestyle. The collection focused on connecting fashion, gaming and lifestyle so that fans are able to wear items both inside and outside of esports arenas.
The collection was debuted by the G2 League of Legends team when they competed in the LEC Summer Playoffs, on July 15th 2023, and was quickly established as one of the most successful esports clothing collabs.
RALPH LAUREN PINK PONY EVENT
In 2021, Ralph Lauren and G2 partnered for The Ralph Lauren Pink Pony Event, a charity stream to support the Pink Pony fund of the Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation, that helps support an international network of cancer charities. A three-hour live event, broadcasted from Berlin. The funds raised were donated to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, which raises money for the Royal Marsden, Europe's largest cancer center.
To make it happen, we set up gaming sessions, a concert, a talk show with esports players, streamers, content creators and esports talents, all of that entirely broadcasted on Twitch. And of course, we built a whole 360 marketing campaign to support the entire action.
Marcin 'Jankos' Jankowski, G2 player, commented prior to the event: "I'm very excited to be part of the Pink Pony Charity Stream. I can promise: It will be a great event—both for all viewers and for me. Not only will I get to play with other G2 team members, but we're also doing it for a great and important cause. I hope many people will tune in and donate.”
The project was a success and raised over 5000£ for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in only 3 hours.
